Merstham is where some of our longest standing customers are. We print kit for Merstham Cricket Club's online shop, workwear for the trades based in the village and South Merstham, and websites for businesses along the A23 towards Redhill. From one polo to a full kit for the whole crew: logo on the chest, name on the back, phone number where people can see it. Printed to order in 7 to 10 working days, sizes Small to 5XL, no minimum.
How ordering works
- Send your logo by email or WhatsApp and tell us roughly what you need. A photo of the van is fine.
- We send a mock-up with your logo in place and a clear quote. Nothing is printed until you have said yes.
- We print in Banstead and deliver by courier or by hand, or you can collect from Banstead if you are passing.

Questions
Workwear questions from Merstham
Is there a minimum order for workwear in Merstham?
No. We print from one garment up. Most Merstham trades order a handful of polos and hoodies to start and add more as the team grows.
How long does printed workwear take?
Usually 7 to 10 working days from you approving the mock-up. If you have a start date coming up, tell us and we will let you know straight away whether we can hit it.
Can I collect my order, or do you deliver to Merstham?
Both. Orders for Merstham go by courier or are dropped off when we are that way, and you can collect from our studio in Banstead if you are passing.
Can you print on garments I already have?
Often, yes. Bring them in or send a photo and we will tell you whether the fabric and the print method suit each other. Garments we supply are covered by us; garments you supply are printed at your risk.
How do you print the logo?
Vinyl for names, numbers and simple one or two colour logos, and DTF (direct to film) transfer for full colour logos and photographs. Both are pressed into the garment and are made to be washed hundreds of times. We do not offer embroidery.
What do I need to send you?
Your logo, ideally as a PDF, SVG, AI or EPS file. If all you have is a JPEG from your old business cards or a photo of the van, send that and we will redraw it for you.
What does workwear cost?
It depends on the garment and how many places the logo goes. Send us what you need and you will have a clear itemised quote back, usually the same working day, with nothing hidden.
